> WOUB Interview: WOUB News interviewed Mr. Hunter on December 15, 2011 concerning his attendance at the World Jurist Association’s Biennial Congress in Prague, Czech Republic.  Mr. Hunter is the General Council and a Board Member of the World Jurist Association.  The Congress was attended by attorneys, law school professors and judges from 50 countries.  Mr. Hunter chaired the Law and Technology Panel and delivered a paper titled, The Use of Technology to Invade Personal Privacy in the Interest of Collective Security:  Does the End Justify the Means?   This paper resulted in the presentation of a Resolution to the Congress which was adopted.  The Resolution call upon all States to adequately and effectively protect and preserve human rights by balancing the need for surveillance with fair, just, and reasonable measures complying fully with principles of due process.  The World Jurist Association enjoys a special status with the United Nations and its resolutions are presented to the U.N.
